Are ADDS oils pure?
ADDS describes its oils as pure. For ingredient details and any supporting product information, email adds.products@gmail.com before ordering.
Are these virgin or cold-pressed oils?
Our published listings do not currently confirm a virgin or cold-pressed production method. Please contact us for product-specific processing information. Do not infer the method from the oil name or packaging image.
What pack sizes can I order?
Each oil is available in 500 ml, 1 L, 2 L and 5 L packs. Select the pack size on its product page; the displayed price updates for the selected variant.
Where can I see current prices?
Check the selected variant on the product page and the final checkout total. Prices are in Indian rupees. Retail checkout does not automatically apply suggested dealer pricing.
What is the shelf life?
The listed shelf life is one year. Follow the expiry dates and storage instructions on the delivered label.
Do the pictures show final packaging?
The current bottle and can images are packaging mockups for illustration. Select the required volume in the pack-size options.
Can I return opened oil?
Yes. ADDS accepts return requests within 7 days after delivery, including opened, non-defective oil. Email adds.products@gmail.com with your order number first; our returns team will provide instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
ADDS covers return shipping for defective, damaged, leaking or incorrect products. Customers cover non-defective return shipping, including opened non-defective oil. The returns team will explain the arrangements before dispatch.
When will an approved refund be processed?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to credit the amount.
How are returns collected?
Our returns team coordinates pickup or provides return instructions through Shiprocket, Shadowfax or the assigned courier, subject to service availability. Contact us before sending a return.
What are the shipping charges and delivery times?
Check the delivery information available at checkout. If charges, serviceability or an estimated delivery time are unclear, contact us before ordering. We do not promise a delivery time that has not been confirmed.
